Sylwia Hefczyńska-Lewandowska (Poland) is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław. As a dancer of the Silesian Dance Theatre in Bytom (since 1995) she has danced in all of the Theater's first-night performances, including the productions choreographed by the artistic director, Jacek Łumiński, and those created for the dancers by guest artists (Wendell Beavers, Henrietta Horn, Frank Handeler, Diane Elshout, Jay Hirabayashi and Barbara Bouqet). In the year 2000 she was awarded the title of the professional dancer by the Polish Artists’ Association, a distinction which is recognized by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. Apart from her dance career, she is also focused on education, teaching contemporary techniques and forms of dance theatre. Her pedagogical achievements include a cooperation with the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław, the State Ballet School in Bytom, the Dance Department of Swarthmore College (the USA), organizing classes and seminars as part of the New Series of Educational Workshops for Dance Teachers and Artistic Leaders, and the Higher School of Performance Arts in Bytom. She has been a teacher of the Polish Techniques of Contemporary Dance in the Dance Theatre Department of Ludwik Solski Academy of Theatre in Cracow. In 2007 she received the Mayor of Bytom Award for her activities in the field of culture, and a year later she obtained her PhD degree in Theatre Arts. An important part of her artistic and pedagogical activities are social projects implemented with people from excluded backgrounds.
Olga Žitluhina (Latvia) is a choreographer, dancer and teacher – the most influential personality in Latvian contemporary dance scene, head of a program of contemporary dance in Latvian Academy of Culture. She has been the artistic director of Olga Zitluhina Dance Company from 1996 to 2012. The company was the only professional contemporary dance group in Latvia for more than decade. Olga’s productions have been performed and she was teaching in China, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mexico, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, UK, USA. Since 2006 she is director of international contemporary dance festival “LAIKS DEJOT” in Riga. Shi Bo (China) is a choreographer, a teacher, and a producer. His current functions include; director of the China-CEEC Dance Culture Union, organiser of the China-CEEC Summer Dance Camp, associate professor at the Beijing Dance Academy, visiting scholar to the US (2010 Talents of Art Program), visiting scholar at Peking University (2015). Shi Bo has published papers and textbooks on Chinese classical dance of Han and Tang dynasties. His courses on Chinese classical dance are rated as National Quality Curriculum. His choreographic works include Tung Chueh Chi, Song of the Wind, Three Variations of Plum Blossoms, Ode to the Snow Lotus, and Freedom. He has performed in operas, dramas, Kunqu, movies, and TV series, such as Sleep on Brushwood and Taste Gall,The Wilderness, Princess Pearl, Confucius, Grand Worship Ceremony, and Two Belles in Love. He has also been invited to art festivals in the US, Canada, France, Morocco, and Japan.
Ding Lin (China) graduated at Beijing Dance Academy majoring in Chinese Classical Dance where today she is teaching. From 2009 she is teaching and assisting teachers in Fundamentals in Chinese Classical Dance and Sword Dance at Beijing Dance Academy, Fundamentals in Dancing in Beijing Shi Da Training Institute, New Chinese Classical Dance at The Chinese people's Liberation Army Academy of Arts and in an exchange program to America, Fundamentals in Chinese Classical Dance and New Chinese Classical Dance in an exchange program to Hong Kong etc. From 2005 to 2012 she has been dancing and performing in various dance pieces. She was awarded First Prize Scholarship (three consecutive years 2004-2006) and Outstanding Student Leader Award (two consecutive years). In 2007. she was awardedNational Scholarship, and in 2008. she was recognized as Outstanding Graduate of Beijing Colleges and Universities.
Tan Hao (China) holds a BA degree in Dance and MA degree of Fine Arts from Beijing Dance Academy. Currently he is director of the Department of Classical Dance at the Affiliated Middle School of Beijing Dance Academy and Deputy secretary general of the Professional Board on Chinese Classical Dance. Tan Hao is an awarded dancer (participating in the Beijing Dance Competition (first prize in choreography and performance) in 2009, choreographic work Songshan Chenqu (the Alba of Mount Song) won the the Excellence Award for Dance in the competition of literary and artistic works for the celebration of the 60th anniversary of China in 2009, participating twice in the Dance Competition of Northeastern China (first prize in choreography and performance respectively) in 2009 & 2012), besides that he has been tutoring students in the Chinese classical dance (his students won 4 first prizes, 3 second prizes and 3 third prizes!). He is also lecturing on Chinese classical dance and currently supervising of The Cradle, the first project of China-CEEC Dance Culture Union.

**** VIŠE O PRIJAVAMA ZA TROTJEDNI REZIDENCIJALNI PROGRAM "4. MEĐUNARODNI LJETNI PLESNI KAMP"
Pozivamo mlade plesne umjetnike da nam se pridruže u intenzivnoj plesnoj edukaciji u Svetvinčentu. Međunarodni ljetni plesni kamp pokrenut je u Kini 2015.godine, a nakon uspješno održanih edicija u različitim dijelovima Kine, ove godine po prvi puta seli na europsko tlo, u Hrvatsku i Mađarsku.
Kada i gdje? 4. Međunarodni ljetni plesni kamp održat će se u Mediteranskom plesnom centru u Svetvinčentu od 2. do 12. kolovoza te u mađarskom gradu Százhalombatta od 12. do 23. kolovoza 2018. U programu će sudjelovati ukupno 32 mlada plesna umjetnika iz država članica međunarodne inicijative Kina + 16, a od čega je za hrvatske plesne umjetnike predviđeno 6 mjesta.
Što? Program ovogodišnjeg kampa sastoji se od satova plesnih tehnika, improvizacija te tematskih radionica plesnih pedagoga iz Kine, Poljske, Latvije, Mađarske i Hrvatske, a rezidenti će imati priliku kroz intenzivni trotjedni rad razmjenjivati iskustva i znanja iz područja europskih i kineskih tradicionalnih, folklornih i suvremenih formi. Umjetnici će zajedno s pedagozima i drugim sudionicima kampa istraživati i otkrivati veliki raspon plesnih žanrova i formi te lokalnu kulturu i običaje, kroz svakodnevni rad i druženje razmijenjivati iskustva, a stjecanjem novih znanja oplemenjivati vlastiti plesni vokabular. Ljetni plesni kamp završiti će javnom izvedbom koju će umjetnici osmisliti tijekom trajanja kampa te prezentacijom stečenih plesnih vještina u sklopu festivala Summerfest Százhalombatta. Jedan od najvažnijih ciljeva kampa za plesače jest vratiti se korijenima plesa, istražiti ih i preispitati ples i njegov značaj u današnjem vremenu. Kroz bogat i raznolik program cilj je potaknuti plesače da se inspiriraju okolinom, podijele vlastite i za njih usvoje nove načine i metode plesa i pokreta te obogate svoje znanje.
Tko su pedagozi i međunarodni sudionici? Program radionica sastoji se od klasičnih, tradicionalnih i suvremenih plesnih formi. Od međunarodnih plesnih pedagoga sudionici će pohađati radionice suvremenog plesa Olge Zitluhine, latvijske koreografkinje, plesačice i profesorice te umjetničke voditeljice Međunarodnog festivala suvremenog plesa LAIKS DEJOT u Rigi. Iz Poljske dolazi Sylwia Hefczynska- Lewandowska, akademska profesorica, koja će polaznike podučavati tehnikama suvremenog plesa i drugim formama plesnog kazališta, dok će satove kineskih klasičnih i modernih plesova držati Shi Bo, kineski koreograf i voditelj kampa, također voditelj Odsjeka kineskog klasičnog plesa pri Peking Dance Academy, zatim pedagoginja Ding Lin, profesorica na navedenoj akademiji te pedagog Tan Hao, ravnatelj Odsjeka klasičnog plesa u srednjoj školi iste akademije. Iz Hrvatske sudjeluju nekoliko pedagoga: Martina Terzić i Martina Tomić, voditeljice su suvremenih plesnih tehnika, a Koviljka Marečić, Dario Marušić, Zoran Karlić i Branimir Šajina voditi će radionicu istarskih narodnih plesova i istarkih restauriranih plesova.
Program se sastoji i od zajedničkog obilaska lokalnih kulturnih znamenitosti, a sve u cilju proučavanja i shvaćanja narodnih običaja i folklorne baštine.
Osim 6 sudionika iz Hrvatske, u programu će sudjelovati i 32 studenta i mladih plesnih umjetnika iz Albanije, BIH, Bugarske, Crne Gore, Češke, Estonije, Kine, Latvije, Litve, Mađarske, Makedonije, Poljske, Rumunjske, Slovačke, Slovenije i Srbije.
Koji su organizacijski uvjeti? Svi sudionici imaju osiguran smještaj, hranu te putne troškove na relaciji Zagreb- Svetvinčenat- Százhalombatta –Zagreb. Jednako tako organizatori Kampa plaćaju troškove organiziranih zajedničkih izleta. Kotizacija u programu se ne naplaćuje. Ž
Koji su uvjeti prijave? Za sudjelovanje na Kampu mogu se prijaviti svi plesni umjetnici i studenti plesa u dobi od 18 do 35 godina koji su slobodni za sudjelovanje u Kampu tijekom cijelog njegovog trajanja (2.-23.kolovoz 2018.) Kako bi se prijavili potrebno je poslati životopis i kvalitetnu fotografiju portreta te, ukoliko je moguće (nije obavezno) linkove na video materijale ranijih radova.
