„If, many years after my death, someone analysed my bones, would they find the same information as if they found a photograph? That is to say, who I really was in life? This is what we are in totality ‐ movement, networks, connections and disconnections, exhalation and inhalation, death and Renaissance. We could almost say that we are inhabitants of a cyborg world in which the manipulation of the body and the dependency on technological prosthesis have already generated a transformation in the human species.“
Quía, the same someone else questions all that is thought of as 'fixed' about our bodies. It is a science fiction trip with the human body as a spaceship. The concept of the body as an object, a recipient whose function is to contain the soul, the spirit and the mind. Here arises the question of how we feel about the body and mind belonging to a unique identity, in spite of the constant transformation of all our particles. We are one as much as we are many.
